Single Origin coffee is coffee grown from a particular geographical origin within a country. This can sometimes be a single farm or a collection of farms within that area. Drinking single origin coffee enables you to evaluate the flavour profiles of a specific region.

A coffee Blend is at least two or more single origin coffees mixed together to form a blend. We roast each single origin batch separately, tasting each one to decide which ones will compliment each other the best. We choose our blends very carefully to give you a beautiful flavour that will cut through a milk coffee superbly. Generally speaking, a coffee Blend is what you'd choose if you drink your coffee with milk but a good blend should still provide a beautiful black coffee experience.
